The Lee & Associates Ontario Research Program gives qualified candidates the opportunity to become an agent in the highest-grossing Lee & Associates office in the nation. This position is ideal for recent university graduates seeking a brokerage career in commercial real estate, as the program focuses on learning all aspects of the industry, including prospecting, market studies, data analysis, research, marketing, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Research & analyze market data, industry trends, local and national economic forecasts, and any other factors influencing the commercial real estate industry
- Assist in preparation of up-to-date market research reports & briefs to provide agents and clients a summary of the current market
- Develop and maintain the tenant, comparable, available, development pipeline database by compiling, collecting, entering, and maintaining all market data
- Analyze & compare data by cross-referencing databases to confirm accuracy
- Complete property, available, comp searches & provide reports to agents using the corresponding databases
- Obtain demographics, traffic counts, owner records as needed
- Manage leads & listing calls and route to appropriate sales agent
- Create & assemble marketing presentations, offering memorandums, property brochures, tour packages, due diligence materials, broker opinion of values, aerials, etc.
- Assist with custom broker projects to learn techniques of prospecting & pitching
- Learn and understand industry terms and concepts of product types
- Attend networking and industry events
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, or Finance (Required)
- Real Estate License (Preferred, eventually required if promoted to brokerage)
